Come visit a different Mediterranean country with us every Thursday during the off-season. We offer a set three-course menu for $25 per person, or $40 with a flight of three paired drinks.

10/24/2019 – Greece

Feta Croquette

Pumpkin and Feta Croquette with artisanal honey.

We’ve paired it with a creation we’ve called B’ouzo – it’s an Ouzo cocktail with Breckenridge Pear Vodka, Blackberry Shrub, lime and mint.

Colorado Striped Bass

Colorado Striped Bass with fall greens, ancient grains and creamy lemon vinaigrette

We’ve paired this with Boutari Kretikos – a white wine made from blend of Vilana and Athiri grapes from Crete, 2017.

Lamb Kleftiko

A traditional Greek dish of braised leg of lamb with root vegetables.

Paired with a Skouros “Zoe” – a red wine from the Pelopponese area of Greece, blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Agiorgitiko grapes, 2014.

Tuna Crudo

Tuna carpaccio with lemon escuma, basil and blood orange.

We’ve paired it with a Paper Plane, a cocktail of Amaro, Aperol, Breckenridge Bourbon, and lemon juice.

Short Rib Arancini

Braised short rib with arborio rice and Parmigiana Reggiano fondue.

We’ve paired this with Cabert Pinot Grigio, 2017.

Gnocchi Bolognese

Home-made gnocchi, classic Bolognese sauce, augmented with black truffles.

Paired with a 2014 Villa Puccini Chianti Riserva.

10/10/2019 – Spain

Seafood paella

A Spanish classic, our paella’s made with mussels, gulf shrimp, calamari, bomba rice and, of course, saffron.

We’ve paired it with a glass of Vionta Albariño 2017, a crisp, white wine from the Rías Baixas region of Galicia.

Pulpo a la Gallega

Maintaining the Galician influence, the second course is a classic octopus dish with braised Spanish octopus, chorizo, new potatoes and manchego.

We’ve paired this with a classic Rioja from Rivarey from the great 2015 vintage.

Torrijas

A classic Spanish fried milk pudding with cinnamon and clover honey, this dish is deservedly popular during winter holidays in Spain and should ideally suit today’s weather!

Paired with a warming Queimada Punch – aguardente, coffee, cinnamon and lemon.
